1 Jar (8-oz) green olives;
-drained
1/4 c Vinegar
2 tb Dried chives
1/4 c (good quality) olive oil
1 Clove garlic; mashed
1/4 ts Whole peppercorns

Marinated Green Olives 2 Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a heavy duty plastic bag. Put bag of olives in a bowl in case of drips, and turn over from time to time. Let marinate at room temperature for 1 to 3 days.
