Marinated Pork Roast 2 Preparation

Make marinade of all ingredients except pork. Add pork, cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove meat and bake in roasting pan uncovered at 325 for 2-1/2 to 3 hours, basting occasionally during the last hour with marinade.
