Cooking Ingredients for Marinated Vegetables 2 Recipe

1 cn Shoepeg corn
1 cn English peas
1 cn French style green beans
1 cn Water chestnuts; chopped
1 sm Pimento; chopped
6 sm Green onions and tops; chopp
1 c Celery; chopped
1 Green bell pepper; chopped
1 cn Lima beans; optional
1 c Vinegar
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Oil
1 ts Salt
1 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Black pepper

Marinated Vegetables 2 Preparation

Recipe by: Fredna McNeil <PYMCNEIL@MERLIN.NLU.EDU> Drain vegetables. Mix vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, paprika and black pepper. Stir until sugar is dissolved and pour over vegetables in sealable containe and refrigerate. Better when it marinates at least 24 hours before serving Recipes sent to me from Bill, wight@odc.net
