1/4 c Butter
1/2 md Maui onion; grated
2 c Bisquick baking mix
1 c Sour cream
1 c Sharp cheddar cheese;
-shredded
Mary s Cheesy Onion Biscuits Preparation
In a medium skillet melt butter; add onion and saute for 1-2 minutes. Cool. Add the Bisquick, sour cream and cheddar cheese to the onion/butter mixture and mix together. The batter will be stiff.
