Cooking Ingredients for Masoor Veg Curry Recipe
1-1/2 c Mixed boiled vegetables;
-(french beans,
; carrots green peas,
; potatoes)
1 Chopped onion
1 ts Cumin seeds
2 ts Amchur powder
1 Chopped tomato
1/2 ts Turmeric powder
3/4 ts Chilli powder
3 tb Ghee
Salt to taste
To be ground into a paste
6 ClovesGarlic
6 Green chillies
1 25 millilite Ginger
Masoor Veg Curry Preparation
Cook the dal separately with 2 teacups of water. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons of ghee, add the onion and cumin seeds and fry for at least 2 minutes. Add the cooked dal, boiled vegetables, amchur powder, tomato, turmeric powder, paste and salt and boil for a few minutes.
