1 c Matzoh meal
1 c Cake meal
4 tb Melted chicken fat or butter

Geez, I don”t know if this is what you”re talking about but I thought I”d pass it on. It”s from The Art of Jewish Cooking by Jennie Grossinger. Beat together eggs & salt. Stir in the liquid alternately with the matzoh meal & cake meal.Add the melted fat or butter. Fill 12 greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake a t 350 for 30 minutes.
