Cooking Ingredients for Vegetable Pasta Casserole Recipe

2 tb Vegetable oil
1 Onion, thinly sliced
2 ts All purpose flour
1 tb Paprika
1 cn (15 oz.) tomatoes
Water
3 c Cauliflowerets
2 Carrots, coarsely chopped
1/2 Green bell pepper, coarsely
-chopped
2 md Zucchini, cut in thick
-diagonal slices
2 c Pasta shells
Salt and pepper
2/3 c Plain yogurt

Vegetable Pasta Casserole Preparation

1. In a saucepan, heat oil. 2. Add onion, cook until soft 3. Stir in flour and paprika 4. Cook, stirring, 1 minute. 5. Add tomatoes with juice and water. Bring to a boil. 6. Stir in cauliflowerets, carrots, bell pepper, zucchini and pasta. 7. Season with salt and pepper. Cover pan and simmer for 40 minutes or until pasta is tender. 8.
