Cooking Ingredients for Vegetable Skillet Souffle Recipe
1 tb Butter
4 Eggs; beaten
1/4 c Milk
1 tb Instant minced onion
1/2 ts Garlic salt
1/4 ts Peppe
1 c Broccoli; asparagus or
-spinach, cooked & chopped
1 c Pitted ripe olives; sliced
1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
Vegetable Skillet Souffle Preparation
Place butter in 9 inch pie plate. Microwave at high (100%) until melted, 30 seconds. In a large mixing bowl combine eggs, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in vegetables, olives and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Pour into pie plate. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at medium (50%) until center is set, 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
