Cooking Ingredients for Velvet Waffles Recipe

2 c Flour
1 ts Salt
4 ts Baking powder
3 Eggs; separated
1-3/4 c Milk
1/2 c Wesson oil

Velvet Waffles Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat egg yolks until light, stir milk into egg yolks, then add oil. Gradually stir this mixture into the dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry, and fold them into flour mixture. Bake on a hot waffle iron. Yield: 6 waffles. CAROL VICK GROSS (MRS.
