Cooking Ingredients for Very Unauthentic Moo Shu Vegetables Recipe

1 Head of Cabbage Shredded
1 Carrot Shredded
1 bn Green onions Cut into 1 inch
-pieces
1 cn Mushroom Pieces
Plus any other vegetables
-you might like
1 ts Chopped Garlic
1 ts Grated Ginger
Teriaki Sauce to taste(I use
-Kikkoman)
Flour Tortillas
Hoisin Sauce

Very Unauthentic Moo Shu Vegetables Preparation

Saute all the vegetables and garlic and ginger in Teriaki Sauce until wilted. Spread some Hoisin sauce on tortilla and top with vegetable mixture roll and eat. Caution, have lot”s of napkins, this is messy. Not the real thing but tortillas are a good substitute for the pancakes served at Chinese Restaurants.
