Cooking Ingredients for Balsamic Vinegar Dressing Recipe

250 ml Red wine; (8fl oz)
1 Sprig thyme
1 ts Coarse grain mustard
Salt and freshly ground
-black pepper
100 ml Balsamic vinegar; (3 1/2fl
-oz)
100 ml Hazelnut oil; (3 1/2fl oz)
100 ml Corn oil; (3 1/2fl oz)
100 ml Olive oil; (3 1/2fl oz)

Balsamic Vinegar Dressing Preparation

Put the red wine and thyme into a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce down to a syrupy consistency. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Discard the thyme and pour into a clean bowl. Season with 2 pinches of salt and 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper and the mustard. Add balsamic vinegar and whisk well. Slowly add the remaining oils, whisking well.
