3/4 c Butter
2/3 c Sugar
1/2 c Flour
1 c Almonds – or pecans,
Chopped

Vienna Crescents Preparation

1. Cream butter until light. Add sugar and blend well. 2. Blend in flour, add nuts, and chill dough slightly. 3. Pinch off a bit of batter, form into crescent shape. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. 4. Bake at 325 degrees for 23-25 minutes. Cool on rack. 5.
