1/2 lb Ground veal
1/2 lb Ground beef
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Paprika
1 ts Lemon juice
1 Egg
1 pn Grated nutmeg
Drops onion juice
1/2 c Sour cream

Vienna Steaks Preparation
