Cooking Ingredients for Viking Casserole Recipe

1/3 c Onion; chopped
2 tb Butter
2 tb Flour
1 c Milk
2 c Macaroni; cooked
10 oz Peas; frozen
6 oz Tuna in water
1/2 lb Processed American cheese

Viking Casserole Preparation

Preheat oven to 350° Saute onion in butter. Add flour, stir until blended, add milk and cook until thick. Add cheese, stir until melted. Mix in remaining ingredients and pour in baking dish.
