Cooking Ingredients for Vinegar Icing Recipe

1 c Brown sugar
1 c White sugar
2/3 c Water
1/8 ts Cream of tartar
2 Egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 ts Vanilla
2 tb Vinegar

Vinegar Icing Preparation
