2 c Flowers, make sure there
-clean and have NO
-herbicides
2 c Boiling water
2 tb Lemon juice
1 pk Pectin
4 c Sugar
Violet Jam 2 Preparation
Pour water over flowers let sit overnight. Strain and discard flowers, add lemon juice and pectin. Bring to boil, add sugar. Boil for 1 1/2 minutes. Pour in to sterilized jars and seal.
