1 cn Whole-style cranberry sauce
1 Texas Ruby Red or Rio Star;
-(red!) grapefruit (do not
-substitute)
1 Jalapeno pepper

Wacel s Relish Preparation

Segment the Ruby Red grapefruit. Peel the segments to remove the fibrous parts and the skin of the individual segments. Cut the remaining flesh into chunks . Remove the seeds from the jalapeno pepper and mince it finely. Mix all three prepared ingredients together and serve chilled as a relish.
