1-1/2 c Oats
3 c Flour, bread
1/2 tb Salt
1/2 tb Dough enhancer; optional
3 tb Oil
1 Eggs
1/2 c Syrup, maple flavored
1-5/8 c Water; warm
Abm Foolproof Maple Oat Bread Preparation
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set baking control at 11 o”clock. Select sweet bread and push Start. In hot, humid or very cold weather, reduce water to 1-1/3 c. Tested in DAK 1-1/2 lb R2D2 bread machine. Sylvia”s comment: a heavy, dense, easy to slice bread. A little wet, otherwise great!
