10 oz Unsalted butter
Vanilla flavor; (to taste)
1/4 ts Cinnamon
6 Egg yolks
1 c Milk
13 oz Sifted flour
6 oz Sugar
6 Egg whites
Confectioners sugar
Waffeln (Waffles) Preparation
Cream the butter and add the sugar, vanilla flavor, cinnamon, and egg yolks. Stir until the sugar is melted. Add the sifted flour and milk. Mix well. Fold in the stiffened egg whites.
