6 lg Radicchio leaves,rinsed

3 oz Teleme or Jack cheese,cut
-into 1/4 thick slices

Warm Radicchio Cheese Puddles Preparation
Mix oil and lemon juice; brush mixture all over radicchio leaves. Set leaves, cut side up, in a 9×13 baking dish. Place an equal portion of the cheese in each radicchio cup. Sprinkle with pepper.
