1-1/2 tb Sugar
1 c Strawberries, or pitted Bing
Cherries – sliced
3/4 c Blueberries
1 c Peaches, nectarines, or
Peeled kiwi – sliced
2 tb Kirsch – or to taste

Warm Saute of Summer Fruit Preparation

1. Melt butter in a saute pan or large skillet. Stir in sugar. 2. Add fresh fruits and liqueur. Adjust liqueur to taste. 3. Cook over medium heat, basting with sauce, until fruits are warmed through. Do not overcook. Recipe By : the California Culinary Academy
