Cooking Ingredients for Banana Apricot Bread Recipe

2 c Sifted all-purpose flour
1 c Sugar
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Chopped dried apricots
3/4 c Mashed ripe bananas
1/2 c Milk
1 lg Egg
1/4 c Butter; melted
Powdered sugar

Banana Apricot Bread Preparation

Preheat oven to 350o. Sift dry ingredients together. Add apricots. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients, stirring just until well blended. Turn into a 9×5 glass loaf pan that has been greased and lined with wax paper. Bake at 350o for 1 hour or until done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out on wire rack.
