1/3 c WATKINS Vanilla Dessert Mix
1/3 c White sugar
1 pk Unflavored gelatin
2 c Water
5 ts WATKINS Strawberry Punch
Concentrate
1-1/2 c Sweetened whipped topping

2 c Sliced strawberries
1 Baked 9-inch pie shell
Extra whipped topping and

Watkins Stawberry Pie Preparation
In medium saucepan combine Vanilla Dessert Mix, sugar, gelatin and water. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Pour into a bowl and add Stawberry Punch Concentrate;chill until thickened.* Fold in whipped topping; blend well. Stir in strawberries. Pour into pie shell and chill until set, 1 to 2 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and strawberries. *Note from Watkins Kitchen: To hasten chilling, place bowl of pudding mixture in large bowl of ice water, then stir until thickened.
