8 Chicken thighs; skinned
1 c Uncooked rice and 1 cup
-water; soak
2 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 Stalk celery; diced
2 Whole carrots; diced
1 Onion; diced
1 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Pepper

Weatherly Chicken and Rice Preparation

Notes: By Curtis Osman, Weatherly. The Times News, PA Mix rice, soup, water, celery, carrots, onion, pepper and place chicken on top. Add paprika to chicken parts. Cover.
