4 Veal escalopes
Salt
1 tb Flour
1 Egg; beaten
1-1/2 oz Breadcrumbs
2 oz Fat
1/4 pt Water
2 -(up to)
3 tb Sour cream
Weiner Schnitzel 2 Preparation
Season meat with salt; dip in flour, then in egg, finally in bread crumbs. Fry in hot fat on both sides until golden. Add water & sour cream to pan drippings; stir well.
