1-3/4 c Water
1 c Plus 2 tablespoons catsup
1/3 c Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 ts Ground red pepper
1 ts Paprika
1 ts Dry mustard
3/4 ts Garlic salt
3/4 ts Onion powder
3/4 ts Pepper
Western Kentucky-Style Barbecue Sauce Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat 20 minutes. Use to baste chicken or ribs.
