Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl; beat until firm peaks form. Kahlua Cream Frosting: Combine 2 tablespoons Kahlua, 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder, and 1 teaspoon water, stirring until smooth. Beat whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla until foamy; add coffee mix, beating until firm peaks form.
