Cooking Ingredients for Banana Bread – 4 Points Recipe

1 c Egg substitute; (2 cartons)
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/4 c Canola oil
1/4 c Unsweetened applesauce
3 c All-purpose flour
1 tb Grated orange peel
1 tb Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
4 md Bananas; mashed

Banana Bread – 4 Points Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray two 9×5 loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray. Mix egg sub., sugar, oil and applesauce. In small bowl, mix flour, orange peel, baking soda and salt. Add to wet mixture. Mix to blend. Add bananas; stir. Bake 50-60 min. Cut each loaf into 8 1-inch slices. Each Serv: 175 Cal, 4 g. fat (1 g. poly, 2 g. mono, .32 sat fat) 21% fat. WW Mag.
