1/2 c Instant nonfat dry milk
1/2 c Ice water
2 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla
Whipped Topping Preparation
Chill small bowl and beaters. Combine milk powder with ice water in bowl. Beat until stiff, adding sugar gradually. Add vanilla. Serve immediately.
