Cooking Ingredients for White Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
1/4 c Margarine – softened
3 tb Margarine – softened
1/4 c Skim milk – at room
Temperature
1 ts Vanilla
2 Egg whites – whipped
3-1/2 c Unbleached flour
2/3 c Granulated sugar
2/3 c Brown sugar – packed
1-1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
2/3 c Vanilla chocolate chips
White Chocolate Chip Cookies Preparation
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare baking sheets with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, milk, and egg whites. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened.
