Cooking Ingredients for White Enchiladas 2 Recipe
1 c Sour cream
1 Onion; chopped
Salt & pepper
1 cn (4-oz) chopped green chiles
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
1/4 Soup can milk
1 pk Broken tortilla chips
2 c Cooked; diced chicken
1/2 lb Monterey Jack; grated
White Enchiladas 2 Preparation
Combine sour cream, onion, salt, pepper, chiles, soup & milk & mix well. Layer half the tortilla chips, half the cream mixture, half the chicken & half the cheese. Repeat layers.
