Cooking Ingredients for White Fruit Salad Recipe
4 Egg yolks
1 c Milk
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c Fruit juice
4-1/2 c Miniature marshmallows
1 cn (20-oz) crushed pineapple;
-drained
1 cn (17-oz) white cherries;
-drained and pitted
1/2 lb Chopped blanched almonds
1-1/2 Lemons; juice of
1 c Cream; whipped
White Fruit Salad Preparation
Beat egg yolks; add milk and scald in top of double boiler. Dissolve gelatin in fruit juice and add to milk and egg mixture. Cool and add remaining ingredients.
