1 lb Morell mushrooms
1 lb Young asparagus
3 Cloves of garlic
2 tb Olive oil
1 ts Butter
1 ts Basil
1 ts Oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Wild Mushroom and Aspargus Saute Preparation
1. Trim wash and pat mushrooms dry 2. coarsely chop mushrooms 3. wash and snap asparagus (hint hold asparagus by each end and snap ) 4. In heavy skillet add oil and butter and spices 5. When it starts to sizzle add mushrooms and asparagus 6. Stir fry until asparagus in tender . 7.
