3 lb Red Potatoes, Small Ones,
-Quarter
5 Cloves Garlic, Sliced
1 tb Minced Fresh Rosemary, Or 1
-T Dried Rosemary
1 ts Salt
1 c White Wine

Wine Basted Red Potatoes Preparation

*NOTE: Original recipe used 1 1/2 T olive oil In skillet, cook first five ingredients in hot oil over med heat, stirring 5 min. Add wine, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 10 – 15 min or until tender. Work Time: 15 min Total Time: 20 min 8 servings These were incredible!!
