Cooking Ingredients for Wine Cookies Recipe

1 Egg
1/2 c Oil
1/2 c Sweet wine
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Baking powder
3 c Flour; (or until dough
-sticks together)
1 c Cinnamon and sugar
1 c Chopped nuts

Wine Cookies Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except for the cups of cinnamon and sugar and chopped nuts. Flour rolling board and dough until it rolls out very thin without sticking. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar and nuts on top of rolled out dough. Cut into squares and after cutting each row of squares, roll thin again. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
