Cooking Ingredients for Wonderful Veggie Burgers Recipe

1 lb Firm tofu; drained
1-1/2 c Raw oatmeal
1/2 c Grated carrots
1 Chopped; sauteed onion
1 tb Tahini; more or less
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 tb Soy sauce

Wonderful Veggie Burgers Preparation

Add a mix of whatever spices/herbs you prefer Shape into patties on baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, turn them over, bake for 10 more minutes. They are great hot or cold.
