-honeydew or canteloupe
-melon
1 pt Vanilla ice cream (or any
-other flavor)
1 pk (10-oz) frozen strawberries;
-thawed

Melon a la Mode Preparation

Cut the melon into quarters, remove seeds. Spoon ice cream into each melon quarter; spoon berries over ice cream. You may reverse the ingredients. Serve at once. Serves 4. From <A Taste of Louisiana>.
