Cooking Ingredients for Melon Liquado Recipe

1 Cantaloupe or honeydew
-melon; peeled, seeded,
; and chopped
1-1/2 c Cold milk
2 c Chopped ice
3 tb Honey

Melon Liquado Preparation

Combine the fruit with the milk, ice and honey in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately. This recipe yields 1 quart.
