Cooking Ingredients for Mexican Chef Salad 2 Recipe

1 lb Ground beef
1 cn Kidney beans, drained and
-rinsed
2 Tomatoes, chopped
1/2 Head lettuce, chopped
1 sm Onion, chopped
1 Avocado, chopped
1/2 lb Cheddar or Colby cheese,
-grated
md Sized bag Tortilla chips,
-crushed
Thousand Island dressing

Mexican Chef Salad 2 Preparation

Brown beef and season. Drain well. Add kidney beans and mix together. In a large bowl, put tomatoes, lettuce, onion, Avocado and cheese. Mix well. Add meat and bean mixture to ingredients in bowl. Mix together. Then add crushed tortilla chips. Mix and add dressing to taste. Serve immediately.
