12 Thick sausages
3/4 c Mild tomato salsa
3/4 c Tasty cheese
1/2 c Light sour cream
Corn chips and salad; to
-serve

Mexican Stuffed Sausages Preparation

Grill or barbecue the sausages for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through. Cut the sausages open to butterfly, spoon the salsa on top of each sausage, top with cheese and grill for 3-4 minutes.
