Mexicano Cocktail Preparation
In a blender, combine watermelon chunks, tequila, ice, and water. Blend until smooth and immediately pour into chilled stem glasses. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint and a red watermelon spear. This recipe yields 6 servings.
