2 Green jalapeno peppers;

4 Cloves garlic
1/4 c Vinegar
16 oz Mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Michael Cordua s Cilantro Dressing Preparation
In the bowl of a blender, combine cilantro, jalapenos, garlic and vinegar. Blend to liquefy. Transfer to a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise and combine thoroughly. Season with salt to taste. Use a a dip or condiment with grilled or fried fish, pork or poultry.
