3/4 c Packed brown sugar
2/3 c Quick-cooking oats
1/3 c All-purpose flour
1/4 c Butter or margarine
Microwave Cherry Crisp Preparation
Here”s a contribution. Tried it the other night and it”s wonderful. It comes out of the Dec/Jan 1997 issue of _Taste of Home_: Spoon filling into a greased 9-inch pie plate. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, oats, and flour; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling. Microwave on high for 12-14 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
