1 ts Worcestshire sauce

1 c Bread crumbs (optional)
3 tb Brown sugar
1/2 ts Mustard
3 tb Ketchup

Microwave Meat Loaf Preparation

From: Pam and KerryAnn Cobb <priss@AMARANTH.COM> Date: Mon, 5 Aug 1996 10:28:30 -0500 In 1-1/2 quart glass loaf pan, combine beef, milk egg, soup mix, Worcestershire and bread crumbs; mix well. It will be moist; press evenly in pan. Combine brown sugar, mustard and ketcup and spoon over top. Cook covered with wax paper 10 minutes or until done. Let stand covered 5 minutes.
