Cooking Ingredients for Microwave Pilaf Recipe

Diced onion
Diced greenpepper
Diced mushrooms
1 tb Oil; up to 2
Pepper
Herbs of your choice- plenty
1 c Rice
2 c Boiling water
Salt or parev chicken soup
-powder

Microwave Pilaf Preparation

In a microwave proof cassarole heat oil then soft saute the vegetables for 5 mins. Add rice, boiling water, herbs and pepper and soup powder. Cover tightly and cook on high for 18-20 minutes.
