2 Lemons, juiced
2 tb Garlic powder
1/4 ts Saffron
2-1/2 lb Chicken, cut-up
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1 cn (7 oz) green olives
4 c White wine
1 Onion, diced

Mideastern Chicken Preparation
