Cooking Ingredients for Mike s Gazpacho Recipe
4 c Tomato juice
3 md Tomatoes – diced
1 lg Celery stalk – diced
1 tb Wine vinegar
1 Jalepeno pepper
1 tb Worchestershire sauce
1/2 md Cucumber – diced
1/4 md Bell pepper – diced
1 Juice of 2 lemons
1 sm Red onion – diced
Salt, pepper and parsley
Mike s Gazpacho Preparation
Dice all the vegies. Seed and finely chop the jalepeno. Mix all of the ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to serving.
