1 ct (medium-size) small curd
-cottage cheese
2-1/2 cn Fruit cocktail; drained
1 pk Lemon Jello
Miki s Snowball Salad Preparation
Mix first three ingredients together. Add dry Jello. Mix thoroughly and chill. Spoon into individual dessert dishes. From a book of my mother”s (Judy Hosey) titled <Senator Richard Matsuura”s Favorite Recipes>, mostly Japanese and Hawaiian.
