4 oz Raisins
4 oz Currants
4 oz Prunes
2 oz Mixed peel
4 oz Brown sugar
4 oz Suet
1 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Spice
1/4 c Rum
1/2 c Wine
2 tb Lime juice
1 tb Lime rind.
Mince Meat for Tarts or Pies Preparation
