Cooking Ingredients for Mini-Frank Fondue Recipe

3 c Oil – corn or peanut
1 ts Salt
1 c Water
1-1/2 c Pancake mix
1 lg Miniature smoked sausages –
Or wieners

Mini-Frank Fondue Preparation

Pout oil and salt into the fondue pot. Heat for about 15 minutes, or until a 1 cube of soft bread browns in about 40-60 seconds. Mix water and pancake mix, by hand or with a hand mixer or a blender. Place the pancake mix batter in a small serving bowl. Spear smoked sausages; dip into batter, letting excess drip off. Fry in oil unti golden and crispy. Serve with a dipping sauce.
